11.220: Technical Changes
11.220.347.271
Date: 21.11.2025, Global version: 76788
A brief overview of the most important changes:
| Ticket No. | Type of the Change | Area | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| CW Teams 11.11.25 | New Feature | UX: Log Files |
Automatic download of log files: In the settings area, you can now define whether log files should be downloaded automatically when an error message occurs. This setting can be configured per role. |
| CW Teams 11.11.25 | New Feature | UX: Selection Lists |
The waveware UX selection configuration now allows you to add columns that display the result of a rule. Please note: This feature is only available in the waveware UX client. If changes are made to the selection configuration using other clients, the settings for the rule-calculated columns will be lost. A notification will be displayed in this case. |
| CW Teams 11.11.25 | New Feature | UX Memo Fields |
The rich text editor for memo fields now also allows the addition of checklists and tables. |
| CW Teams 11.11.25 | New Feature | UX AI |
AI-generated content is now marked on the card. |
| CW Teams 11.11.25 | Extension | UX Memo Fields |
Fundamental improvements regarding stability and input comfortability. |
| CW Teams 11.11.25 | Extension | UX Cards |
The width of the transaction list on the card widget is now saved with the layout. |
| CW Teams 11.11.25 | Extension | UX Catalog Manager |
By default, the catalog manager now displays an overview of all catalog entries in addition to the created selections. Switching between selections is possible via the view menu. |
| TN-2510-00892 | Change | System Rule Editor |
Hidden and disabled fields are cached on the server. If a client attempts to modify these fields (Card.Field.FieldStates), the change is rejected. This prevents, for example, manipulating the HTML in the Web Client and modifying fields that are normally locked. To ensure this, the FieldStatesServer rule is now always evaluated by the waveware server. The Supervisor Option "The result of the FieldStatesServer rule should be evaluated by the waveware server" (System / System (0) / waveware / Cards / General) has therefore been removed. 'Data Security: Fields on the Card' and 'FieldStatesServer'. |
| TN-2511-00709 | Bug Fix | CAD |
For plans with multiple drawings and an associated CAD symbol, the plan was no longer displayed and an error message appeared. Only removing the CAD symbol restored the plan to the correct display. |
| TN-2510-00831 | Bug Fix | Windows Client |
In rare cases, after closing the Windows Client, the associated Windows process might not be terminated correctly and could continue running in the background. |

| TN-2511-00828 | Dashboard | 21.11.25 |

| TN-2510-01096 | Bug Fix | Mobile 2 |
When evaluating multiple work steps using waveware MOBILE 2, it sometimes happened that only the last evaluated step was saved correctly. This problem occurred exclusively when the evaluation was performed in detail mode. This mode is accessed via the small info icon within the work step. If the evaluation was performed directly in the list, it was saved correctly. |
| TN-2510-00916 | Bug Fix | UX Cards |

11.220.9.307
Date: 29.10.2025, Global version: 75570
This version is an extended release of release 11.220.9.253 (Special Feature of the Data World Update) with important bug fixes:
| Ticket No. | Type of the Change | Area | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| TN-2510-00482 | Change | DataManagement |
If the SQL Server was unavailable when the waveware Server started, the corresponding data world was deactivated. On systems running both the waveware Server and the SQL Server, this could require manual intervention after a restart, depending on the service startup sequence. To prevent this, a 2.5-minute waiting period was implemented, during which the waveware Server periodically attempts to establish a connection to the SQL Server. Only if a connection cannot be established within this time is the data world deactivated as before. |
| TN-2510-00566 | Bug Fix | UX Selection |
When using the footer in selections, overlaps between the layout and user settings have been corrected. |
| TN-2510-00613 | Bug Fix | UX Selection | Displaying the legend in selection widgets could cause waveware UX to crash. |
| TN-2509-00911 | Bug Fix | UX Settings |
Changes to the ID assignment were not saved in the settings. Instead, the supervisor settings were used. |
| TN-2510-00874 | Bug Fix | UX Cards | The system behavior when showing and hiding the card areas of sub-transactions differed depending on the view (card view and table view). |
| TN-2510-00924 | Bug Fix | UX Cards |
The contents of a memo field were not always fully displayed when scrolling in the list view if text had been entered into the field in RichText mode. Line breaks prevented full display, as the content was then truncated. |

11.220.9.253
Date: 15.10.2025, Global Version: 75124
A brief overview of the most important changes:
| Ticket No. | Type of the Change | Area | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| New Feature | Package Manager |
The package manager has been updated so that packages can be provided in multiple major versions: |
|
| CW Teams 13.10.25 | New Feature | Beta: UX Designer |
The existing Card Designer has been completely revised and redesigned. Furthermore, the Card Designer can be used to influence the display of fields on cards for the UX client. A grid system has been added, which now also allows for more complex designs. Existing cards from the "classic" Designer are imported directly into the UX Card Designer and can be edited there. Incompatible designs are marked accordingly. While they will continue to display correctly, they will need to be adapted to be "UX-ready" in the long term. The adaptation can be done directly in the new Card Designer. Important: This is a BETA version. Errors and limitations may occur. Further features (e.g., tables and complex fields) will be added with future releases. |
| Mail AS, 01.10.25 | Extension | Custom Pages |
There are two new hash attributes 'PageSize' and 'ChildPageSize' in the RubiErbApi that can be used in controls to set the number of records in a grid and in a detail/sub-grid, respectively. |
| Mail AS, 06.10.25 | Extension | System Rule Editor |
Two new building blocks, 'Server.PrintCard' and 'Server.PrintCustom' , have been added to print the card of a record or a form without a user interface and rights check. |
| CW Teams 13.10.25 | Extension | UX Selection | Additional output types have been added for selection in UX. |
| CW Teams 13.10.25 | Extension | UX Filter |
Advanced mode for temporary filters: The existing filter dialog for placeholder queries and temporary selection filters has been enhanced with an "advanced mode." In this mode, more complex filters (e.g., with parentheses) can be created and expanded. As soon as a filter contains parentheses, the advanced mode is always automatically used, as this functionality cannot be implemented in "simple mode." |
| CW Teams 13.10.25 | Improvement | UX Selection |
Actions are now always displayed as an overlay at the end of a selection list. The previously used action column is no longer available. The old behavior remains in place in Accessible Mode. |
| CW Teams 13.10.25 | Improvement | UX Catalog Manager |
Various adjustments have been made to the user interface of the Catalog Manager. |
| CW Teams 13.10.25 | Improvement | UX Tags |
The tag display has been adjusted. Long tag paths are now displayed in a shortened format. Only the first parent tag and the actual tag name are displayed. Additional information is displayed on hover. |
| CW Teams 13.10.25 | Correction | UX Cards |
Unfortunately, the last version had some issues with the text editor in memo fields. These have now been fully resolved. Additionally, some buggy features (e.g., tables) have been temporarily disabled. Print forms now display Markdown content correctly. Other UX areas still lack full integration of the rich text feature (e.g., Selection or Assist), but this is now being added step by step. |
| TN-2510-00184 | Bug Fix | Predecessor and Successor (1029) |
After updating to at least version 11.210.2647 (July '25), using the system package 'Predecessors and Successors' (1029) and certain configurations could result in an error message in the completion process: "The requested rule is invalid in this process." Updating to this version fixes the issue, but a rule migration is required if the following message appears: "Directly calling server rules is no longer permitted. Please check your packages for the rule 'PackageRegistration.Server.P1029.ChangeSetToDoneProcessModi' and move it to the path 'PackageRegistration.Always.P1029'." |
